All SIMPLE TREASURE items and LIFESTYLE items are FINAL SALE.

 

Unused Gold and Silver items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a store credit. Broken Gold and Silver items can be repaired or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date.

 

Personalized items are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless the item has incorrect spelling or personalization caused on the behalf of MyLittleBlack-Box.com. Personalized items can be repaired if broken within 10 days from the delivery date.

Once your return/exchange request is accepted a form to include in the returned package will be sent via email. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ANY ITEMS BACK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE EMAILED FORM OF ACCEPTANCE.

 

After receiving approval on the returned item and/or items a store credit of the original amount will be issued. MyLittleBlack-Box.com does not refund the cost of shipping when a product is returned.
